Meet the Founders
Â
Stacey June
Co-Director of The Well and head Therapist, Yoga, and Meditation teacher at The Well Hub, Stacey June brings a rich and diverse background to her work. Formerly a broadcaster and the author of the acclaimed book Single Pringle, Stacey has channelled her lifelong passion for emotional health, mindfulness, and wellness into co-creating The Well Hub. Her mission is to bridge the gap between science and spirituality, offering practical tools for meaningful change.
Stacey is completing her Master’s in Psychotherapy and holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, alongside certifications in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Meditation, Life Coaching, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
A dedicated advocate for women’s health, Stacey specializes in peri- and postpartum care and has worked as a doula offering birth debriefing and homebirth support. Drawing on her personal experience with pregnancy loss, Stacey brings compassion and insight to her practice, supporting women with lived expertise. She is also a proud advocate for the Pink Elephant Support Network, working to raise awareness and provide care for those navigating similar experiences.

Ben Jenkins
Ben Jenkins is a prostate cancer survivor whose personal journey has inspired his commitment to helping others foster balance, authenticity, and resilience in their lives. Diagnosed at just 36 years old, Ben’s experience reinforced the importance of listening to his intuition and prioritizing emotional and physical health.
Since his surgery, Ben has embraced yoga and meditation as tools to stay grounded and reduce stress. He is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, a breathwork facilitator specializing in men’s wellness, and host of MENTELL, a podcast exploring the current crisis in men’s health. Through his Instagram platform, @Woke_Blokes, Ben offers support to men seeking connection, strength, and vulnerability in their own lives.
Ben’s work centres on helping men find equilibrium—blending vulnerability with resilience and strength with tenderness—while fostering deep emotional connection.
