I never liked the term Life Coach. But if it walks like a duck, it quacks like a duck...generally speaking - it is a DUCK! Call me what you want! 

It is my natural interest in us humans to live an honest, happy life! This leads me to want to work in every area that teaches PRACTICAL ways to do this. 

Why?

Because I think the key factor between living freely and happily and creating disease and resistance in your body is a daily check-in with self. 

There I said it. 

If we don't work at creating an individually crafted version of a rested, self-assured, intuitive honest life then we have anxiety, frustration, resentment and physical symptoms to deal with on the reg. 

When these symptoms are not addressed our body is bound to say 

"Hey Susie! Something is a bit off here". When ignored and with no space created in your life to hear this message we rik physical shut down (illness/anxiety/panic etc)

Our body is magic. If we learn to listen. 

Self Care is much more than a bath. It is the practice of listening.
Finding how to listen to yourself is such a gift. 

It is a commitment and investment and a Self Care
routine should look differently to
everybody! 

In this webinar, I start at the beginning. 

Where I started. How I started. 

How do we set ourselves up to achieve the things we want to in a
way that isn't aggressive, anxiety-inducing and forceful? 

How can we work out how to overcome resistance and avoidance
when it comes to giving us the time we need to be still?
